DSM Digital Software Market 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Should you encounter any difficulties with installation or activation, please contact our support team by phone, email, or chat, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve your issue to your satisfaction, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. DSM Digital Software Market will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on new and unopened items.

Termination Rules
- One-Month Subscription: Can be canceled anytime without cancellation fees.
- More than One Month:
- If canceled within 30 days of start/renewal → No refund, but you only pay for the first 30 days.
- If canceled after 30 days → No refunds, and you must pay for the remainder of the term.
- Other Online Services/Subscriptions: If canceled early, you must pay one month’s subscription fee. Any prepaid balance will be converted into store credit (no refunds for partially unused months).
Suspension
DSM Digital Software Market may suspend your subscription if:
- Unauthorized access is suspected.
- Payment is overdue.
- You violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Subscription becomes inactive
