Digital Product Keys
Activation and Compatibility: Once a product key is delivered digitally and activated, it is uniquely tied to a user and cannot be resold or reused by another customer. Therefore, returns of activated product keys are not possible. We ask that you verify the compatibility of the software with your system before purchasing. Non-Delivery
Issues with Email Delivery: If you do not receive your product key via email as expected, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Email issues can sometimes prevent the delivery of a digital product. If you still cannot find your delivery email, please contact us immediately for assistance. We can resend the email or deliver it to an alternative email address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our customer service department within 7 days from the order placement date. If there is no contact within this period, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Major Defects
Handling Defects: Despite rigorous testing, unexpected errors can occur. If you encounter a major defect and we fail to correct it within 48 hours of your initial complaint or notification, you are entitled to a full refund or, at your option, a replacement with a product of the same or similar value.
Product Not as Described
Accuracy of Descriptions: If you believe that the product you purchased does not match the description on our website, please notify our technical support team within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide clear evidence in writing that the product is not as described. Complaints based solely on the customer’s false expectations or misunderstandings about the product features will not be honored.
